Lego Harry Potter Quidditch Match - A Must-Have Item For Devoted Toy Collectors

For those who have faithfully followed the Harry Potter movies, and read all the books, you categorically would find the new Lego Harry Potter Quidditch game set a truly beneficial and captivating one. What exactly is a Quidditch? It's categorically a name for a fictitious sport that only played in the Hogwarts school of Magic. To get a good understanding of how the game is played, especially for non-followers, its highly recommended that you watch the first Potter movie, The Philosopher's Stone, so that you'll have a visual, as well as a verbal understanding of how the game works, and how it's played. Here are some of the captivating features of the Lego Quidditch game set.

Interesting Features of The Game

Harry Potter

In the Lego Quidditch game set, three pieces stand out: the trophy, technic ball joints and hoses. The trophy and hoses have metallic colors, and are fitting for a wide array of builds. The ball joints are colored black, and only aid in specific builds. The trophy is a large item, as its base covers a 2 x 2 section of studs. The hoses are around 16 studs long, and they are ridged like an axle, and can accommodate other Lego elements and gears. The game's ball joints are small ball-shaped items, which have a hole on the other end. The holes allow the Lego mini-figures to hold the item as a ball, and can also be utilized as a rounded ornament for your builds.

Setting Up The Quidditch Match

The Lego Harry Potter Quidditch game set has a set that features a wide array of free-standing items and structures, the largest of which may serve three objectives: it can be the spectator area, the referee's post or the announcer's booth. Also included in the game set are two catapults, which are armed with colored ammunition. Players can use the catapults to knock figures out, or shoot through the hoops. Players can also create their own set design, and also alter the rules to suit their personal preferences.

Mini-Figures Included In The Quidditch Match

The mini-figures included in the Lego Quidditch game set contain Harry Potter, Oliver Wood, Marcus Flint, Madame Hooch and Draco Malfoy. These mini-figures are wear cloth capes, and of all the mini-figures Marcus Flint and Oliver Wood are unique to this edition.

How Critics And Consumers Rated the Product

While the Quidditch is a very captivating Harry Potter game, Lego however, can't seem to make the playing field as exact as the one seen in the movie; however, this is quite understandable, since you just can't exactly copy the whole establish to the tiniest detail, especially if you're creating small Lego pieces. However, the Quidditch field passes muster, and doesn't stray from the primary idea. The game set also features fullness of mini figures and items, and includes a whole of well-designed elements, although the most vital elements seem a wee bit fragile. Overall, the Harry Potter Quidditch Match set is a must for Potter item collectors and movie fans, who wish to re-create one of the movie's most captivating scenes.
